In 18 years of experience as a visual communicator, Shane has designed and directed award-winning creative solutions for print, web and broadcast media.
Since the completion of his education at Virginia Commonwealth University, Shane has worked for several creative firms in the Richmond, Virginia, Washington D.C., San Francisco and Denver markets. Most recently, Shane has been busy running Ebb+Flow Design, specializing in brand development and evolution, identity system and logo design, interactive/user experience design, print-based communications and creative strategy.

Shane’s work has been recognized by the American Institute of Graphic Arts, the Art Director’s Clubs of Washington D.C. and Denver, and published in HOW magazine, Rockport Publishing’s Best of Business Card Design, and multiple LogoLounge volumes.
Andy recently joined the E+F team as a designer who specializes in branding, identity, web experience design and usability as well as web and print production at multiple levels. Andy is a graduate from Rocky Mountain College of Art and Design.
